Feb 06, 2009 - Managers' Meeting Minutes

Board Attendees:
Jim Reilly, John Falbo, Bruce Kubart, Jerry Iavarone, Al Palleschi and Ed Cullen

Managers were informed of the following information:

  1. Meeting called to order by Jim Reilly at 7:10PM
  2. All teams were represented
  3. Stay with normal softballs
  4. Stay with normal bats (single and dual wall continue to be allowed)
  5. No drinking in parking area
  6. Games must start on time
  7. 2008 Tournament ran well
  8. Look to adjust 2009 tournament schedule to resolve Jewish Holiday conflicts
  9. Season starts Apr 17, 2009
  10. Season ends on Aug 7, 2009 (barring rain outs, etc)
  11. Tournament to start no later than Sep 11, 2009
  12. 19 players have registered for 2009 to date
  13. Jul 13, 2009 set for Golf outing. Jerry Iavarone is the chairperson
  14. OTHG US Open Marshal Schedule being prepared by Ed Cullen, Bruce Kubart and Jim Reilly
  15. US Open marshal work schedule to be prepared by Ed Cullen, Bruce Kubart and Jim Reilly
  16. Manager's Meeting on Feb 20, 2009 at 7pm. All money due to Al Palleschi
  17. 2009 Player Draft is Feb 27, 2009 at 7pm.
  18. Awards night is Mar 6, 2009 at 7pm
