The "Over The Hill Gang" is a softball league that consists of players that are 40 and over and either a Town of Oyster Bay or Farmingdale resident. 

• The league consists of 12 teams that play with rule modifications that are geared toward safety (double 1st base, no sliding, etc). 

• Although this is the "Over the Hill Gang" softball league don't be misled by its moniker.  The level of play is strong, highly competitive and games are spirited.  Hopefully this matches your expectations. 

• Games are 9 innings long with a continuous batting order, free substitutions, and each at bat begins with a 1-1 count. 

• The league plays a 16 game schedule with a year-end tournament. Games are played on Friday nights at 7:00 PM, 8:20 PM, and 9:40 PM at the Town of Oyster Bay's Allen Park. The park is located at Motor Avenue and Heissler Lane, in Farmingdale, NY. 

For those interested in joining our league, registration is held every January. Exact dates will be posted under "Latest News". To be eligible you need to be at least 40 years old (reached at any time during the calendar year) and meet the residency requirement.  An on-line "Registration" form can be completed and submitted in advance.  If you have any questions, please reach us via our "Feedback Form".
